Pastor Moses Angbongy After being a missionary and leader of the Namibia Advent Christian church for nine years, now I find myself in South Africa. I am the vice president of the Advent Christian work in southern and central Africa. I am in charge of leadership training and church planting in southern and central Africa. I was the pastor of Blessed Hope Fellowship Church in Kempton Park, near Johannesburg, while Field Leader Nathan Fernando Kilima was busy traveling around motivating our churches and leaders. In July 2006, my family and I moved to Cape Elizabeth, on the southern coast of South Africa, to begin a new church plant. Besides holding regular Bible studies and worship services, I have been given the opportunity of preaching at the high school near my house every Monday and Friday morning and many students are giving their life to Christ. Two teachers have come forward to profess their belief in Christ also. My wife Zizina has begun sewing classes for the ladies here and she shares the Lord with them. I am from the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire). I am married with Zizina Ndotoni Angbongy and we have now 3 children: Enoch Angbongy, Harold Patterson Angbongy and Gift Angbongy. Beside this, I am the founder of many Advent Christian churches in southern and central Africa. I have bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies from the Theological Institute of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. My focus for outreach is: Mauritius, Cape Verde and Ivory Coast (Cote d’Ivoire). My strongest points in ministry are: leadership training, church planting, administration and pastoral ministry.
“Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.” – John 1:12
